If you’ve ever written out a long list of New Year’s Resolutions that had been completely ignored by February, you know how hard it can be to make positive, lasting change.

The Healthy Habits for Life Program is a five-week class that introduces simple and effective strategies and tools for change. In this program, you learn how the food you eat can impact the body. The classes are held in small group settings, where you have the support of your fellow classmates and a trained nutrition professional to guide you through the program.
